"It was a very nice and clean hotel; everything was new. Although it is a bit far from the city center, transportation was very easy — you can reach the city center with a single tram line. We never felt cold; the room was always warm, and there was hot water, a hair dryer, etc. — everything we needed was available. Towels were changed every 2–3 days. "We had an excellent stay at Citadenes. We were 4 people with 2 teens, usually hotels provide one room, but here we had two rooms attached which was so convenient and comfortable. Plenty of food options around. There is a mega mall right in front with lots of shopping and food options. Staff was very friendly, and coffee in the lobby was great. "

"In spite it is not a very centric hotel, it has public transport to the center at 5', and the trip is not more than 15', so it is good value for money if you don't want to spend all yourbudget in the accomodation. The staff if really kind and they helped us with everything. The breakfast buffet good and complete."
