The
Apartment is located in the attic of our house and is for 2-6 persons
suitable. Like the entire house, this apartment is barrier-free and built
accessible by elevator. The furnished in cozy Bavarian style apartment
has two bedrooms, a large living and dining area with open plan
Kitchen, pull-out sofa bed in living area, flat screen TV and a
Bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has a double bed
and has access to a small south-facing balcony. The smaller bedroom has
two separate beds and as well as the living and dining area and the
Bathroom a skylight.

Welcome to the house "Grundner"! Our newly built apartments can be found in Scharling - a district of the climatic health resort Kreuth am Tegernsee. Our house has an elevator and is built barrier-free. All apartments are furnished in a cozy Bavarian style and have a south-facing balcony from which you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. A variety of activities you can do in any season directly from our house - even without a car. Of course, we are happy to assist you during your stay with further tips for companies. Drei Tage waren wir zu viert in dieser Wohnung. Sie bot uns alles, was wir brauchten, vor allem war sie sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist praktisch, einige Wanderungen gehen direkt vor der Haustür los. Vom Balkon aus kann man faulenzend die Aussicht auf die Berge genießen.

Wir waren 4 Tage bei der Fam. Zehendmeier zu Gast. Die Wohnung war sauber und es gab hier nichts zu bemängeln. In der Wohnung ist ein Toaster, ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeepadmaschine vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und auch im Haus war es ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr saubere, großzügige Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Äußerst freundliche und hilfreiche Gastwirte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Das Haus ist gut renoviert, die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir hätten uns einige zusätzliche Accessoires in Bezug auf die Ausstattung gewünscht. Unser Apartment war für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Da hätten wir uns schon einen Geschirrspüler gewünscht (heute keine Megainvestition und eigentlich Standard). Einen Besen musste ich anfordern, bekam ihn auch. Eine Infomappe mit den wichtigsten Daten wie Internet Passwort, Müllentsorgung etc. wäre nett gewesen. Alles in allem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass man sich für uns als Gäste nicht sehr interessiert hat. Kann man ambivalent bewerten.

So etwas hatten wir nicht erwartet. Es ist von einem beschaulichen ruhigen Ort die Rede. Das stimmt, der Ort und die Lage sind ideal. Nur im und ums Haus herum geht es heftig zur Sache. Am Tag nach unsrer Ankunft (Sonntag) wollten wir mittags den herrlichen Panoramablick von dem ebenso schönen Balkon genießen. Leider war es am Haus so unerträglich laut, verursacht durch die Eigentümer, Personen die zur Festmiete im Haus wohnen und Urlaubsgäste, die sich vom Tumult mitreisen liesen, dass wir unser eigenes Wort oben auf dem Balkon nicht verstehen konnten. Aus mit der Ruhe und der Erholung. Das hat sich an den nächsten Tagen nicht wesentlich geändert. Die Betten knarren und quietschen bei der kleinsten Bewegung so, dass man sich nicht traut umzudrehen. Nachtruhe keine. Die Esszimmerstühle wackeln, als würden sie jeden Moment auseinanderbrechen. Kochtöpfe waren nicht sauber und hatten unangenehme Spuren am Boden. Mülltrennung außen war nicht ersichtlich gekennzeichnet. Und das i-Tüpfelchen auf dem Ganzen ist der stoffelige Hausbesitzer. Bevor er in die Verlegenheit gekommen wäre, jemanden zu grüßen, hat er sich schnell weggedreht und ist einen anderen Weg gegangen. Wir waren schon oft am Tegernsee und hatten immer eine schöne Zeit, aber das hier war in keinster Weise das Geld wert. Da gibt es weitaus bessere Unterkünfte für`s gleiche Geld. Mein Fazit: Wer einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub machen will, sollte hier nicht buchen.

Super tolle Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, nette und freundliche Hausherrn, sehr gute Lage zum Wandern und Wintersport. Loipe fast vorn Hause und zum Hirschberg. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut über diese sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, mit viel Platz für alle, wunderbare Lage mit Aussicht in die Berge nach allen Seiten, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Begrüßung und Abreise! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!
