"Room could b cleaner "

"This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

"Very clean and what we needed for our stay. The staff were kind and Kenzie had great recommendations for us. The breakfast was a bit more than your standard hotel breakfast which was a nice surprise. Overall a nice place to stay!"

"Clean rooms. Breakfast and coffee weren’t that great. I did not like the room setup. The bathrooms was located right in front of the beds which I found weird. Anytime someone would use the bathroom The bright lights would go through the glass bathroom door and wake everyone up. The bathrooms needs a fan. It’s not bad place but it is strange. "

"The room smelled of urine and stale cigarettes. There was a dead cockroach in the corner. There was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door and blood stains on the tub (probably rust). It was $90 a night and it should have been $50. It shows clear evidence of a property where they don't improve or fix anything and are just letting it fall apart to make what profit they can. I deeply regret booking this property. It is poorly maintained with not even basic amenities. Flat pillows, no cable...

"Parking was easy; room clean; although there is a slight gap between the door which could allow for any bugs or cold or warm air to enter. I always stay here when I’m in Easton."

"Propeety was great and clean! Cooking/eating utensils provided in the room, only thing that could have been better is more plates and silverware. Pool was clean and felt amazing."

"Upon arrival I was automatically given an already assigned room! ( guest was already using the room ;quite comfortably ). The room that we were then reassigned too had only one light throughout the whole room, television remote was basically falling apart (management taped over the front for better usage); the sheets had burn holes , blanket was terribly thin; we felt as if we were using a throw sheet!
