Staff very courteous and room comfortable but not outstanding. Premises feel a little dated and room could have done with more storage. Wifi was very poor. Shower had great water pressure and temperature though.

The property is currently very very hard to access because of road work on the M1. The beach is nice but not swimmable. Getting to other areas means quite a drive back and forth.
