Brand new accommodation in a perfect area

We got a suite without air conditioning and slept like in a sauna because they had no rooms, a big disappointment for what we paid, the next day we had to split up as a family and children and it ruined our trip.

The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on.

The apartment itself was perfectly clean on arrival, but the sofa and other upholstered chairs were incredibly stained and unsightly. After several days passed without the room being cleaned—despite putting the sign on the door—we had to go and speak to someone. On our last evening, when we returned after a long day out, we found that they had simply removed the bedding from the extra bed. Very sparse with kitchen utensils and cups/glasses About 80% of the sun loungers around the pool were simply broken.
