Modern, quiet vacation apartment with garden in the Hülser Bruch nature reserve

The modern, bright apartment (approx. 90 square metres) is in a very quiet location surrounded by nature, right next to the Hülser Bruch nature reserve.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to be woken up by birds in the morning, this is the place for you. Whether for an active holiday, a digital detox or a few days of workation, the ‘Brucheck’ holiday apartment has something for everyone.

Krefeld city centre and the districts of Hüls, Verberg and Traar are just 5-10 minutes away by car and offer numerous restaurants, cafés, bakeries, doctors, pharmacies, a post office, banks and much more. There are excellent connections to the A40 and A57 motorways. If you feel like shopping, Düsseldorf's KÖ is only 30 minutes away. The Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (and Düsseldorf Airport) can also be reached in 25 minutes by car, making the apartment ideal for trade fair visitors.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and is modernly furnished and equipped to a high standard. The spacious living room with dining area also has a fireplace. From the sofa, you can enjoy a view of the park-like garden, which is free to explore. The swimming pool may also be used (during the season/when in operation). A large (heated) conservatory adjoins the living room and can be used as a second living room. It is also ideal for working with a view of nature.

The new fitted kitchen offers everything you need to cater for yourself: start the day in peace with a small breakfast and our homemade organic jam before setting off on a long hike through the ‘Hülser Bruch’ nature reserve, which attracts visitors with its observation tower, wildlife enclosures and adventure playground. The Bergschänke on the Hülser Berg is highly recommended and well worth a visit. The holiday apartment is also an ideal starting point for exploring one of the numerous cycle routes in the Lower Rhine region by bike.

The bedroom with double bed will give you sweet dreams. If required, an additional sleeping space can be created using the sofa bed in the living room, making the apartment ideal for a small family. The bathroom is modern and attractively furnished and has a rain shower and toilet. Hot water is supplied centrally. There is also a guest toilet at the entrance to the apartment. The bedroom with balcony is located on the first floor, as is the bathroom, and offers a modern flat-screen TV (satellite and internet). Netflix access is available. Wi-Fi internet access is also available.

A small terrace with chairs completes the amenities for relaxation. A barbecue can be provided on request. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the outdoor areas (garden or terrace). Pets are also not allowed in the apartment. A parking space for your car is available directly at the house. We look forward to welcoming you soon to Brucheck.
