"We had no explicit directions about the location, couldnt get in, texted the property owner, she replied 3 hours later, 2 paper towels on the existing roll, toilet paper roll was nearly out, old k cup in the keurig, debris on the floor, the bed was awful. My husband and i sank into the middle of it. It made a retched squeking sound anytime i moved. I was not worth the pricing. The curtains were haphazardly hung. 2 total k-cups of coffee for 2 people. Not happy with this experience at all. "

"My stay was brief but pleasant. The town is quiet and very pretty. Be sure to get your key access code before you arrive in Millmont, because cellular data is spotty once you arrive. I had not received the code before I arrived, and had to drive out of town to find a few bars on my cell phone in order to contact the owner. Cottage is pleasant but quite small, especially the bathroom. AC and WiFi worked well. I wish they had raked the lawn before I arrived, because there were grass clippings all...

"We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. "

The cabin is listed as including a toilet and a shower in the unit, however the toilet is a located in a common building about 300 yards away from the cabin. We were never able to determine the location of the showers. Apparently there are showers near the pool which is driving distance from the cabin. "I wanted to be within walking distance of our student at Susquehanna University, and this was the perfect location.It was a quiet place to rest, the Wifi worked great for working remotely, and the kitchen & bath were well equipped for a half-week stay.
