Located on the 5th floor of the building, this modern, air-conditioned apartment with an area of 31 m² has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. It is a great choice for a family trip or for a couple of friends! The space of the apartment offers a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, the living area is a great place to relax and unwind. The elegant bedroom features a double bed and access to the balcony. The apartment provides a place to work remotely or study, as well as access to high-speed free Wifi. A wide range of amenities and comprehensive furnishing of the apartment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories and equipment guarantees a comfortable stay.
