"En general, bien. Es verdad que nosotros fuimos los que nos tuvimos que poner en contacto con el hotel para poder saber qué habitación teníamos, cómo hacer el checkin, etc (porque es auto checkin). A parte de eso, lo demás todo bien. Teníamos una habitación cogida y nos dieron otra más grande porque ..."
