"As we were travelling to Prague, we received a message with the check-in details and a request for a substantial deposit (apparently to protect the tech in the apartment?). As we were en route and not really in a position to argue at that point, we paid the deposit. While it has now been refunded, we're completely baffled about why this happened - there is nothing at all about this in the listing, and Expedia have nothing to say on the matter. "I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area."

"Excellent area to stay. On tram line, plus walkable distance to old town. Right on the water where you can enjoy the nightlife or afternoon stroll Hotel is not manned with a reception so you must understand you need to wait until check in time to get the code for door. Room was spacious and clean with pretty much anything you’d need."

"Beautiful and modernly updated apartment. Very clean. Plenty of lights and outlets. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower has both rain and handheld shower heads with good pressure. All Grohe. The kitchen is spacious and modern. We did not use the appliances to cook but they are all Miele. The coffee machine works perfectly. The washer is small compares to US size but easy to use. I wouldn’t use the washing and drying together function but do the washing and drying separately...

"All I can say is wow. This is an amazing property especially for the GREAT price. It’s literally within walking distance from the bridge and the astronomical clock. It was a perfect blend of rustic and modern. Very clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful over WhatsApp. Highly recommend."

"Apartment we stayed, was very clean, spacious with big windows and lots of light. The apartment building is in a very good location . Everything is at a walkable distance. Management was always available via messaging. Their response to my questions was very helpful, courteous and on point. They made me feel, that they are always there to help. "Unsere Wohnung im 1. OG war sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll möbliert und hatte 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit großen und bequemen Betten. Super ausgestattete Küche und ein modernes Bad. WLAN und TV laufen super. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am Fluss, zum Ausladen kann man die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze in den Nebenstraßen nutzen, danach haben wir das Auto in einer über die MrParkIt App gebuchten Privatgarage geparkt für ca. 35 Euro pro Tag (über die Unterkunft bekommt man 10% Rabatt)....

"We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."
