  • La atracción principal para los visitantes del complejo recreativo de lujo Aphrodite Hills es, sin duda, el golf. Alrededor de la Villa Unidera hay cuatro campos de golf en los que, gracias al clima soleado, puede jugar al golf durante todo el año. Si necesita descansar y olvidarse de las preocupaciones cotidianas, definitivamente no querrá nada en los alrededores de nuestra villa. Puede, por ejemplo, pasar su tiempo en la cómoda glorieta del jardín. La villa también contiene una piscina climatizada de agua salada de 5 x 10 metros. Puede hacer que sus vacaciones de golf sean más placenteras utilizando el jacuzzi al aire libre. Cuando lo desee, puede relajarse jugando al billar o a la parrilla, ya sea carne, pescado o mariscos. La moderna Villa Unidera es el lugar ideal para relajarse en cualquier época del año. Ya sea que vaya a Chipre para unas vacaciones familiares o con sus socios comerciales, siempre se sentirá como en casa con nosotros. La villa es espaciosa, excelentemente iluminada y está equipada con todos los muebles y accesorios necesarios.

    El área principal de la villa es un hall conectado a una sala de estar, comedor y cocina. Aquí encontrará un centro multimedia equipado con un televisor LCD de 50 pulgadas, reproductor de Blu-Ray y un menú completo de programas de televisión del Reino Unido. La conexión a internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad en todo el edificio es una cuestión de rutina, al igual que el aire acondicionado central y la calefacción. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos BOSCH y con la cafetera Nespresso. Cada uno de nuestros clientes puede esperar un paquete de cápsulas Nespresso como regalo de bienvenida.

A perfect villa, for a family vacation. David was always available to answer any questions by phone. The rooms were clean and the pool and hot tub amazing.

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Villa in einer tollen Umgebung.Leider war der Whirlpool sehr stark Chlorhaltig,so dass wir Chlorverbrennungen hatten.

Zeer mooi huis, prachtig zwembad. Zelfs een hot tub, maar het weer was te goed om deze te gebruiken! Prachtige golfbanen in de buurt.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in Villa Unidera. We are a family with two girls and everyone loved the Villa.Lots for the children and the pool area is so tranquil and well kept with an amazing hot tub on the side as well. David is both a kind and approachable host and responds quickly to any questions. He even allowed us to have a late check out which was highly appreciated. - Thank you!We will definitely return to this beautiful property.

Didn't golf but fabulous stay

We stayed here Nov13th to Nov 19th , both the owner and property manger were great to deal with , the house was very clean and well equipped, the pool is great as is the hot tub , I would have to say my only complaint would be the hot water for showers it seems so out dated and the controls are in 1 of the bedrooms so if you get up early you can't shower until you have access to the other bedroom to turn on !!! , a on demand system would be so much better .

Amazing stay at the Villa

The villa is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and had a top of the range bbq, swimming pool and Jacuzzi! The staff is lovely and very quick to respond to any question or change of booking. The whole experience was smooth and we maybe had the best time of our life at the villa with our friends and families! Thank you for this amazing experience, we will be back!!!

The Ultimate Outside Space

We had a fantastic 10 night stay in Aphrodite Hills, out first visit to Cyprus. The weather for our stay (April) was perfect with temperatures around 20 degrees every day. As a host communication with David was first class, either through VRBO initially, or through WhatsApp during our stay. He was extremely quick to reply to any questions and was very helpful. The villa itself is extremely well equipped for a family holiday. There were 4 of us for our stay but it could easily cater for 6-8 people. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all perfectly adequate for our needs. The highlight of this villa is its outside space, with an extremely private garden. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated, the outdoor kitchen was great for cooking with its gas bbq, and there were lots of places to sit to make the most of the sun at various points of the day. The ping pong/pool table was a nice addition to help keep the kids entertained when taking a break from the sun. The villa is located about 1.5km from the village square, which has a supermarket and the facilities of the hotel, including a kids play park and astroturf football pitch. There is also a tennis academy and soccer school in the village, which was perfect for our football daft 10 year old son. There are several smaller villages about 10 minutes drive from Aphrodite Hills, all of which have some excellent restaurants that are reasonably priced. A car is a must have to get there however. We will definitely return to Aphrodite Hills and have already recommended David’s house to friends and family. Thanks David!

Amazing Villa!

Just returned after a brilliant two weeks in Villa Unidera. There were two families (4 adults and 3 children) who stayed and there was ample room for us. The villa was modern, clean but the best part is the outside space! Pool/table tennis table, outside BBQ area, multiple sitting/eating locations as well as a large pool means I would highly recommend staying at this villa if you are thinking of coming to Aphrodite Hills Resort. David (the host) was incredibly helpful during the booking process as well as during our stay. The only negative is that we had to leave and come home! However, we will be coming back again in the future!

Simply amazing !

Just returned from a family vacation at Villa Unidera, Aphrodite Hills (Oct 27-Nov3) and what a great time we had ! The climate was superb given the time of year (mid-20’s throughout) and the Aphrodite Hills complex continues to excel in up market surroundings. I can not fault the villa in any way. It is decorated and maintained to a high spec and is in a perfect location surrounded by wonderful views. I would also like to compliment the owner and property manager who truly care about those using their facilities. A wonderful time and for the size of party we had (7 persons) then the villa is perfect. We shall gladly return......and hopefully soon!

Amazing villa in gorgeous surroundings

Villa was a big hit with our two teenage sons: pool/table tennis, darts, a TV entertainment system, they were in their element! Outdoor pool and spa was enjoyed by all and being heated was good for pool games too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful villa with pool and jacuzzi

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Unidera. It is a beautiful villa, fitted out to the highest standard. Lovely comfy beds, very well equipped, very spacious, clean and well maintained and fabulous outside space. We were very grateful for the pool (which we asked to be heated for an April stay) and the jacuzzi. We are not golfers but enjoyed using some of the facilities in the resort, especially the riding stables and spa. This also makes a great base for exploring in a hire car - we enjoyed a day trip to Pafos, a buggy safari in the Akamas Peninsula and eating out in Kouklia and Pissouri. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
