Bedrooms: Master bedroom on first floor (en suite with bath, and separate walk-in shower), double room and twin room on mezzanine level (both en suite with modern walk-in showers) and second twin room on lower level (en suite with modern walk-in shower).

Full Villa Description:
Villa Helidoni is a beautiful, spacious four bedroom holiday villa with stunning ravine and sea views, particularly enjoyable from the private pool's infinity edge. The property is spread across three floors and is well-equipped, inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is situated just off the dining area and has a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The living area has comfortable seating and a large Smart TV that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. Both the living and dining area have large patio doors that open to a spacious upper terrace which is furnished with dining table and chairs, BBQ area (with gas BBQ) and comfortable seating areas - a beautiful space in which to enjoy the stunning, peaceful surroundings.

The beautiful Master double bedroom is situated on the first floor, and has a private balcony with lovely views over the pool, gardens, ravine and out to sea. This room has a modern en-suite with both bath and walk-in shower.

On the mezzanine level there is a double and twin room, each en-suite with walk-in showers. The twin room opens out to the side terrace and the double room has a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The second twin room (which can also be made up as a double) also has an en-suite with modern walk-in shower and is situated on the lower ground floor level, with patio doors that open straight out to the lower poolside terrace.

The poolside terrace on the lower outside level is a beautiful space kitted out with sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun and the stunning surroundings. The villa is surrounded by pretty plants, beautifully landscaped throughout.

Free reliable wireless internet is included, the villa is air-conditioned throughout, the bedrooms have ceiling fans and it has central heating. A free travel cot and high chair are provided if required.

Location within Aphrodite Hills Resort: West plateau
Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, and this villa is around a 10 - 15 minute walk from these facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
