Do take note on the policy stating to contact the host 24-hrs before check-in for instructions. Although I'm not sure if they will respond since the host was totally unreachable on the check-in day. My family and I waited for over 1 hr but ended up booking a new stay as recommended by the customer service :)

저렴한 가격에 여러개의 방과 화장실은 너무나도 만족했습니다 침실과 거실은 매우 깨끗 했습니다 6명 정도가 아주 쾌적 히 지낼 수 있습니다 큰길 가족 방은 자동차나 오토바이 수리가 밤에 시끄럽습니다 체크인을 할 때는 적당 1시간을 가지고 준비해야 합니다 안내데스크가 따로 없고 소셜네트워크로 연락을 받아서 키를 찾아야 하나 불편함이 있습니다 쇼핑 문과 바로 연결 되어서 필요한 물건을 곧 바로 살 수 있습니다

Excellent unit. Amazing view. Spent many hours sitting on the deck watching the world go by. Extremely handy to Imago shopping mall. A great selection of food only a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again.

Home Stay at KK

This place is simply amazing. The room was clean, big and spacious. It is located at a great location, but the only bad point was the parking. Residents/Visitors have to park at limited parking spaces, which is a hassle if you are travelling with big luggage cases and have to walk for quite a distance.

Very disappointing stay. The place was unclean, with long black hairs and cobwebs, and the overall condition was poor—holes in the walls, missing floorboards, and signs of water damage. Check-in instructions arrived late and only after multiple follow-ups, and communication with the host was very difficult. I never met the host, and neither they nor Hotels.com were helpful. I ended up staying just one night and booked another hotel instead. Would not recommend.

Nice place to stay

the owner is very nice and detailed to explain the check in procedue. You can park your car at 5th floor with access card. the location is very good and convinence where the shopping mall just below the stay. 1 thing shall be improved is the funitures were aged but still valueable, especially for a family or friends.

The flat was in absolute ruins - mouldy doors, peeling walls and cockroach. It had a large steel gate outside which someone could technically attach a lock from the outside which was unsafe. The building smelled like urine. Would not cook there given cockroach in the kitchen. Only perk was location and washing machine

체크인 매우 불편함

새벽도착했는데 안내데스크도 없고 호텔스닷컴에서 체크인 방법 메일로 보내주지 않아 체크인하는데 매우 불편했어요. 경비직원이 간신히 도와주어 우편함에서 열쇠 꺼내기까지 1시간 정도 걸렸는데 넘 더워서 완전 지쳤답니다. 간신히 레지던스 홈에 들어갔는데 테이블마다 개미가 너무 많아서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 다신 가고싶지 않은~ 단지 이마고 몰이 아래 층에 있어서 쇼핑만 편리할 뿐이었어요. 수영장 물도 매우 더러운 상태라서 불편했어요~

Etelän lämmössä

Aluksi oli vähän epäselvää miten avaimet saadaan, kun ohjeissa oli, että ohjeet tulee sähköpostiin. Tallensin puhelinnumeron ja sain wappin kautta näppärästi yhteyden ja ohjeet. Avaimet sai avainboxista sisääntuloaulasta. Huoneisto oli ihanan iso, vähän kulahtanut mutta äkkiä tuntui jo kodikkaalta. Mahtavan kokoinen uima-allas 6.kerroksessa ja illalla upea tunnelma 4. kerroksen altaalta kauounkia katsellen. Puutarha ympärillä! Samassa talossa oli hieno iso ostoskeskus missä oli iso supermarket alakerroksessa. Tosi hyvä yöpymispaikka!

My worst stay in Sabah

The condition of the property is too old and not well maintained. TV box is not functional, toilet is dirty and moldy, furniture are old and start breaking apart. There are a lot of small cockroaches running around in the house.

Good things - instructions received by what’s app for access / parking. Washing machine. Pool. WiFi worked. Proximity to mall. Unfortunately there is not much else to say. This apartment was filthy and falling apart. Disgusting sofa. Mouldy ceilings, bathrooms and doors. Shower heads revolting. Kitchen equipment is basic but not entirely sure how clean it was. The table with floor cushions is ridiculous considering the cushions are all broken and unravelling. Two fake plants utterly covered in dust. And the tv is not as listed. Huge bracket on the wall where it must have been previously. Now a replacement and you can’t change the volume and it sounds like speakers are broken - tinny and rattling. Contacted hotels.com who have helped.

Nice rooms but block E is hard to find!

When we arrived we realised i hadn't contacted the hotel the day before to get check in info - this was under check in knfo on the booking and i hadn't looked... We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. We were in block E which we found really hard to find! Even once we found the room it was hard to find when we came back to it that evening. We didnt have access to mobile data which didn't help! But the rooms are conveniently located and clean and comfortable. We had a nice view towards the mosque. There's a nice outside pool area which we didn't use but looked lovely

The property was nothing like in the expedia adverts. The furniture was old and broken. The bar stools were rusty and material was tattered. The walls were mouldy, dining chairs were a mix of old and new unmatched. The WC flush button was broken. Soap dispenders were labelled by black marker unprofessionally. There was a musty smell around. The coffee table was damaged. Bulbs were blown and not replaced. This is not a holiday rental. It is a poorly maintained apartment. The toilets also had a smell of a sewer.
