"All the reception staff and breakfast restaurant staff were friendly and helpful! Very pleasant stay. We stayed 3 nights and only had service water the first night. It would have been better if we could have received water for the second and third night as we stayed for two consecutive nights."

"Mannen som jobbade där och hade frukosten var så himla trevlig och snäll! Rena rum och tvättmaskin stort plus ! Mitt i centrum , gångavstånd til allt ! "

"My second time there and I liked it again. The food and service were very good and the room was lovely. The location is a very convenient and short walk to Mother Teresa Boulevard. My one note is that the TV was very hard to work my first time there and it was again. Otherwise, great stay. "

"Great modern accomodation, very clean and luxirious place. I would come back the staff were all exceptional. Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊 "

"A small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. Try to eat at Vapiano pasta place right in front of the hotel and Shaban Grill House by Mother Teresa Boulevard. "

"We stayed for 1 night . Rooms were spacious, clean and very close to city center . The rooms were like in the photos .There is even a market opposite the hotel. The owner of the property is so helping and friendly. They even showed us a map showing the places to visit in Pristina. You can stay safely. I would like to stay again on my next visit to Kosovo. Thank you to the property owner :) "

"The staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service"
