"We stayed with our 4 children there are plenty of things to do around the area. The pool was great a short 1 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones and the pool water was nice and warm. The beautiful park with the waterfall right down the road. Lots of places to fish. Loved this place and will surely stay again. Also it was very easy to get a hold of the host and he also got right back to us. "

"Wonderful stay! Very quiet and a great place to stay! Great location for floating the upper Jack's Fork River. Great outdoor space, also. Very clean! Town is so close but feels like your miles away. It's a great setting by the woods, but close to town. "

"Quiet and very clean. I would recommend different couch and chair (it sits low) and a bigger TV but it worked out great for us!! I would definitely stay again. "

"The host was absolutely superb. She was there to answer any questions you may have had. Amenities were great. It was a beautiful relaxing setting for our anniversary. I can't say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay here with our pets soaking up the sun on the deck, walking down to the lake to see the sunset, it was amazing. A charming place to stay to keep coming back."

"The property was very clean. The beds were comfy. Nice view of Spring River. You can hear the trains go by, but they were not too loud hearing them in the house."

"Jody was amazing! We had to add on a couple of days prior to our original check in and she was willingly able to accommodate us. The place was very clean. We were able to easily walk downtown to check out all the shops. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. I would definitely recommend staying here with your family. "

"We were looking for a secluded getaway and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the local hiki ng trails, with Greer Springs being our favorite. The cabin was really big and well maintained. Lots of extras were provided. We saw a lot of deer and birds but our favorite was the large skunk that made its way back and fourth during the evening in the meadow across the back fence line. We would stay here again."

"This is our third time staying at this property and it was wonderful yet again. It is always clean and has ample room for everyone to stay comfortably. "My husband and I spent 4 nights here in June. House was sweet-I actually rented this one in particular because it had a bathtub. (Most small rentals in the area only had showers). Nice large tub with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer also a nice feature. We floated eleven point river three days. Will have to come back to float spring river next. Couple nice restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy and owners checked in to make sure all was well. Recommended property and...
