"Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. "

"Man hat alles im Raum was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn (Hatsudai Sta.) 5min mit Keio New Line bis Shinjuku Sta. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert. "

"First of all, the place was spotless and massive in Japan standard! It was definitely a great place for a family to stay as has 2 room that have closed sliding door and a large eating in living room. Comes with laundry so you don’t have to overpack and come with full kitchen utility for those late night snacking. The only downside is staircase. There there is a long flight of stairs going into the building which is a little steeper than usual. "

"Had a fantastic stay here! The location is super convenient — plenty of good food options just around the area, from quick bites to proper meals. It’s also within easy walking distance to the train station, so getting around Tokyo was very smooth for us. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the whole place felt welcoming. Overall, a really solid and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again!"

"This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. "Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. "
