"I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...

"Super clean and convenient to all the Shibuya attractions. 5 min walk from Shibuya station making all of Tokyo accessible and a very friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. While the rooms are not large, they are adequate for the organized traveler. "

"Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo."

"We had the bigger room and it was perfect for my family. The room was cleaned air-conditioning works great. The staff was helpful but at times you need to wait for them because they are always working on keeping the building clean and well stocked. There is 2 subway stations near by that will take you anywhere. A few streets over there is a busy street with plenty of shopping and food to try. Everything you need is in walking distance and there was 2 elevators which was helpful. With that said...

"This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a bit far from the major sightseeing attractions, so it may not be the most convenient choice if you rely on public transportation. However, we find the apartment-style room very suitable for our family of four and as we travel around by rental car, the location is not a major concern for us. "
