"Das im Bergbaustil in Anlehnung an die Stadt Katowice modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit allen wünschbaren Annehmlichkeiten war trotz dem gesellschaftlichen Treiben mit einer Vielzahl an Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Strassenzug vor dem Hotel war sehr ruhig im dritten Obergeschoss. Ein angenehmer, zentraler Ort mit nahegelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bahn, Bus und Tram) nahe dem Marktplatz (Rynek). Während meines Aufenthaltes konnte ich an zwei Tagen vom reichlichen Frühstücksbuffet...

"Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice."

"Staff at the front desk were really helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again."

"Excellent location to the center of Katowice. The property was the best with respect to cleanliness that I ever had a chance to stay during my travels all over the world.
The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel!

El hotel está ubicado a 8 minutos caminando del centro de Katowice y de la zona de restaurantes y a 5 minutos del museo de Silesia. Muy recomendable."

"Ok hotel for business, to far away from downtown. Used it as a layover to go to Czestochowa and Auschwitz. Breakfast very basic, but what I have never seen before is that rooms get done only every three days. Not a nice surprise. Tvs are the smallest size you can imagine. But you get a little more room space in the room, restaurant siperexpensive for Poland. I am sure there has to be a better option in Katowice."

"Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti.
A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile"
