"I got the comfy single room. It is a very small room, but it was exactly what I needed. Its a comfortable bed, big tv, and good a/c. For the price its perfect. There's a 7-11 right around the corner if you need anything."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel the BOTANIK Sewoon Myeongdong. The hotel is relatively new, and everything feels clean, and very well kept. The breakfast brunch was excellent. Would definitely book this hotel again next time when we're in town."

"위치도 언덕 골짜기이고 캐리어 끌고 갓는데 맡길 곳도 없고 엘레베이터도 없어서 4층까지 캐리어 들고 왓다 갔다 햇네요. 캐리어 펼칠곳도 없이 너무나도 비좁고 옥춘 셋팅 되어 있다더니 옥춘도 없고 커피잔과 다과상에는 먼지 투성이에다가 베개가 너무 더러워서 사진 찍어왔는데 올릴 곳이 없네요. 최근에 가본곳중에 최악이었습니다 ㅠㅠ 컨셉은 너무나 좋은데 서비스랑 위생이 꽝이에요 ㅠㅠ "

"Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply"

"Happy with my stay here. Booked last minute and was upgraded to a bigger room. The staff was wonderful the entire time if I had a question. They even allowed an extra hour to check out without fee. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC was kind of fussy, would turn off randomly and not get down to the set temperature. There were some stains on the walls, and other signs of wear across the room but generally seemed clean."
