The property consists of a main house, a guest cottage, and a separate spa house, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests.

Main House

The charming main house is the heart of the property and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a cosy living room, one bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC.

The main house sleeps up to 9 guests.

Guest Cottage

The separate guest cottage offers extra privacy while still being just a short walk from the main house. It includes a small kitchenette with seasonal running water and a private terrace overlooking the garden.

Sleeping arrangements

* One bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm)
* Sleeping loft with 3 single mattresses (90 cm each)
* Sofa bed that converts into a double bed (160 cm)

The guest cottage sleeps up to 6 guests.

Guests staying in the cottage have easy access to the bathroom and WC in the main house, just a short walk away, as well as the additional facilities in the spa house.

Autumn and Winter Stays – 1 September to 31 December

OBS! Autumn stays: 1 September–19October

During the autumn season, we offer shorter stays with a minimum booking of two nights.

For stays of 2–4 nights, the following is included

* The main house, accommodating up to 9 guests
* Final cleaning

Optional extras

* Wellness package – SEK 2,500 per stay
Includes access to the spa house with hot tub, sauna and pool throughout your stay.
* Guest cottage – SEK 700 per night

Optional extras can be requested when booking.

For stays of 5 nights or more, the following is included

* The main house
* The guest cottage
* The wellness package
* Final cleaning

OBS! Winter stays: 1 November–31 December

During the winter season, only the main house is available for booking, accommodating up to 9 guests.

The guest cottage, spa house, hot tub, sauna and pool are closed and cannot be booked during this period.

Winter rates remain at the regular base price due to the higher heating and electricity costs during the colder months.

Final cleaning is added automatically to the booking.
