Construido en el siglo XV, bajo la cresta del Carso, y renovado en el 2000. En sus tres salas con capacidad para hasta 4 personas en un escenario perfecto para los amantes de la belleza, la naturaleza y la cultura de nuestros antepasados. La tranquilidad, la vegetación y las flores son el marco de esta "bella durmiente". Cuidadosamente decoradas en estilo antiguo (arte pobre) con piezas artesanales de diferentes lugares queridos para nosotros (Istria, Eslovenia, Bosnia, Serbia, Sicilia, ...), la combinación de objetos restaurados y moderno que sea cómodo y práctico . El gran jardín equipado con mesa, bancos y sillas es ideal para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre o simplemente relajarse en la sombra. A su llegada, nuestra costumbre es para darle la bienvenida con un plato típico de la zona, fruta y vino orgánico de nuestra producción. El desayuno, incluido en el precio es muy rica y se compone de miel, jugos, mermeladas y otros productos hechos por nosotros y existe la posibilidad de ponerse de acuerdo sobre lo que debe haber en función de sus preferencias.

Heel gezellig huisje, bijna ingericht als een museum met mooie authentieke details. Je kan zien dat het met veel zorg gerestaureerd is. Prachtig verzorgde tuin met vele bloemen, vruchten en kruiden waar je heerlijk kan zitten van ‘s morgens vroeg tot ‘s avonds laat. Je slaapt heerlijk want ondanks de warmte buiten, gemiddeld 30 graden, is het ‘s nachts lekker koel doordat alle ramen open kunnen omdat ze allemaal voorzien zijn van horren. Wat ook fijn is, is dat de auto in een garage geparkeerd staat waardoor deze koel blijft.Het huisje ligt in een afgelegen dorpje maar toch dichtbij allerlei toeristische attracties. Je geniet van de privacy, het uitzicht en de lekkernijen verstrekt door de host, die ook veel tips heeft voor o.a. de omgeving en restaurants.

Wonderful house

The unique house, the location and our landlord Neva and her husband has been wonderful. We enjoyed every day staying in the real amazing and with love decorazed house and garden. Neva told us nice spots to go to and every conversation was with much fun and a great pleasure.

Paradies am Karst

Wunderschön , herzlicher Empfang , einfach alles großartig und sehr persönlich . Es war nachts sehr kalt ( April) aber wir konnten heizen (mit Holz) und bekamen die wärmste Decke der Welt . Ein kleines istrischen Paradies !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. La maison est magnifique et très bien décorée. Le jardin est superbe également ! L’endroit est très calme et invite à la détente ! Il y a de beaux sentiers de randonnée à proximité, et bien que le village soit reculé, il est très facile de rejoindre la côte slovene, la Croatie, la vallée de la Vipava ainsi que Ljubljana. Et enfin, le meilleur est l’accueil de Neva et son mari qui ont eu pleins de belles attentions et de conseils de visite pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux !
Vue sur le village de Podpec depuis la montagne. 20 min de marche depuis le gîte en direction de la Tour.

Unterkunft, Top Gastfreundschaft + Paradiesgarten inklusive!!

Ein absolutes Muss für Naturliebhaber. Kroatien und Italien gleich um die Ecke und supertolle Radwege entlang der slowenischen Küste. Wandern in den nahegelegenen Bergen auch sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Inspirierender Ort der Begegnung

Neva und Alvio empfangen ihre Gäste mit großer Offenheit und Gastfreundschaft. Das gemütliche Steinhaus liegt in einem paradiesischen Garten im Hinterland der slowenischen Küste und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Region. Ein wirklich inspirierender Ort der Begegnung.

Im Paradies könnte es kaum besser sein. Für naturverbundene Menschen ist dieser Ort mit diesem Haus und seinem vielfältigen Garten wohl einzigartig . Wunderschön und mit sehr viel Herz und Liebe wurde hier jedes Detail umgesetzt. Neva und Alfio waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wir sind sehr dankbar das wir hier sein durften.

A wonderful visit!

My wife and I travel often and we have never received a more warm and hospitable welcome than from Neva and her husband. The house is amazing, built in the 1500’s and nicely updated. The location is convenient to explore the area and in a small cute town high on a hill. We made new friends during our visit and it was one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend if you are looking for a central home base for a few days and would like to meet some wonderful people.

Ein Ort voller Geschichte und Herzlichkeit...Unser Aufenthalt in dem über 500 Jahre alten Ferienhaus in Podpeč war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Neva hat das Haus und den Garten mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eine Atmosphäre geschaffen, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt.Besonders bereichernd waren die Gespräche mit Neva über die Geschichte des Hauses und des Dorfes. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge ans Meer, nach Kroatien oder Italien. Auch das nahegelegene Höhlensystem Škocjan ist absolut beeindruckend und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Danke Neva und Alfio für diesen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt, der Geschichte, Natur und Gastfreundschaft perfekt vereinte!

Uriges Haus in den Bergen

Wir haben die Zeit in Podpec sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr alt und sehr speziell und eine Reise wert. Man kann von dort schöne Wanderungen beginnen, aber auch mit dem Auto schnell am Meer und in Triest sein. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt!! wir sind als Fremde gekommen und als Freunde gegangen! Danke Neva und Alfio!

Ein wunderbar gepflegtes und liebevoll erhaltenes Juwel

Wir waren für vier Tage Gäste in Neva und Alvios wunderbar renovierten und geschmackvoll eingerichtetetem Häuschen und durften die unübertreffliche Gastfreundschaft dieser sehr besonderen Menschen genießen. Es war eine herrliche Zeit dort und wir haben viele Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen den herzlichen Vermietern und unserem Leben in Deutschland entdeckt. Die beiden sind die nettesten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten und Alvios phantastischer Wein und Nevas Kräuter haben uns weit über unseren Aufenthalt hinaus die Zeit unvergesslich gemacht. We would like to mention the special characteristics of the village of Podpec, to which Neva is deeply committed. A particular highlight is the story of the restoration of the medieval village church, to which Neva made a significant contribution. A Hidden Gem in Podpeč – An Unforgettable Stay!We had an absolutely wonderful time at this charming holiday home in Podpeč, Slovenia.
