"Great place, great location, would rent again "

"The overall stay was nice, love the location, close to the town. Suggestions to have on hand would be tinfoil Ziploc‘s and maybe dish towels. The toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall, and there was a lot of construction in a nearby unit. But it wasn’t too much of a problem we would come back."

"It was a great cabin to stay at! Very cute. The only problem was something was wrong with the oven but the renters responded very quickly and it seems like it’ll be fixed. There was a great view on both floors and plenty of towels and linens and a dvd player for fun. I appreciated the multiple bathrooms and the washer/dryer. Great price too."

"This was the perfect place for my kids and I while visiting Sandpoint for a soccer tournament. Was nice to be able to cook the dinner and have that "at home" feeling. "

"We came for a girl's weekend and felt like princesses. House is amazing. The owner is equally amazing and ensured we had extra fun with the cake and flowers waiting for us on arrival. Make sure you read the book as there is an adventure waiting for you inside. "

"The Play House is fantastic! The communication with Carol Ann was great. Dan and Carol Ann have done a great job creating a beautiful and relaxing cabin. The view is stunning! We throughly enjoyed our stay! "

"We have stayed there many times and absolutely love this place! It’s close to everything! It’s very clean. I wish the outside lights would have worked out by the patio! Also would like to use the bikes in the garage!!"

"Very cozy little condo right on the water. With a nice deck to sit on and drink yoir morning coffee. There's a big tree with great shade to watch the wild life on the river. "

"We had a wonderful weekend away! The property was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Check in and check out was easy. Sandra was helpful and responded quickly. Definitely recommend! "

"Very spacious and well appointed residence for any occasion whether a large gathering or small family get away. The location cannot be beat with peaceful and tranquil views from the deck or walk along the bay to a short drive to amazing dining and shopping in Sandpoint. We stayed for Christmas and went skiing and snowmobiling. We are now booked for summer fun in August and cannot wait!"
