The newly furnished apartment "Ferienwohnung RosenRot am See" is centrally located in Constance, just a few minutes walk from Lake Constance and the Rhine. The apartment flooded with light consists of a living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and egg boiler. The other rooms include a bedroom and a bathroom. Thus, the apartment can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a TV. On request, a fan will be provided on hot summer days. From the apartment you can enjoy a magnificent view of the vineyard and the Bismarck Tower, which was built in 1912 in honor of the "founder of the Reich" Otto von Bismarck.

Due to the excellent location you will find a supermarket, a bus stop and a bakery right in front of your apartment (1 minute walk), another grocery store is only 550 meters away (7 minutes walk). Several cafes and restaurants are within 7-15 minutes walking distance. You can reach the old town of Constance in 20-25 minutes on foot. Here you will find numerous stores and restaurants. Excursion boats depart from the harbor to Mainau Island and Meersburg. By bike you can reach the island of Reichenau in 30 minutes, crossing beautiful bike paths along the railroad line and the shore of Lake Constance. Other day trips can be made to the Teufelstisch or the Wirtshaus am Rhein easily by bike. The Sea Life Konstanz, which takes you into the underwater world of Lake Constance, is 6 km away from the vacation apartment (17 minutes by car). The old town of Konstant attracts with many different pubs and restaurants to feast. To the nearby Switzerland you need only 12 minutes by car.



For further excursions, the hostess is always at your disposal and will gladly give you one or two insider tips about the vacation region of Konstanz.

Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. No Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Bicycles can be locked in the yard directly at the apartment.

Toller Aufenthalt in Konstanz

Der Aufenthalt war super, dass die Stadt super ist, wusste ich. Wir hatten eine tolle, modern ausgestattete Fewo in bester Lage. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern , bietet für 2 Personen alles, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung

Diese Wohnung ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, als ich sie mir anhand der Bilder vorgestellt habe. Sie ist sehr hell, sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur wenige Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, ist ideal. Mit der Gästekarte kann man den Bus kostenlos benutzen. Zum Bäcker und zum Einkaufszentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
