"This accommodation is very convenient and economical as a transit hotel. They provide free shuttle bus service. Please take note that you need to ask at the information counter close to the Entrance 13 inside the Chengdu Airport. I didn't notice the counter and went out from the airport, then I was in a trouble a little. Shuttle bus driver was kind to me. Check-in process was very quick. Soon after check-in, hotel staff asked me about my flight schedule of the next day and arranged their return...

The hotel is in Terminal 2 (T2), at the north end of the Arrivals level (when walking from T1 to T2, turn left when you reach T2, and the hotel is on the right after 100 meters just past the police office). "When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "
