"受付の型の対応や荷物運びや食事の際の子どもの対応など優しく丁寧でしたが。こちらからの質問に特にハロウィンの短期イベントのことをこどもが聞くとよくわかっていないのか？返答がなく子どもが困っていました。 いろんなスタッフがイ ベント共有していることやイベント事をお客に聞かれたら誰のどこに促すか？など決めておいてくれると助かりました。せっかくイベントをしているのでおねがいします。 またお魚コイの餌やりは、こちらからの聞かないとわからず、子どもがいたらちょっと声掛けしてくれるなど…もう一歩踏み込んだサービスがあるともっとうれしいです。 ..."
