Hotel has all the things you need including a convenience store located in the basement. Great free breakfast if you have lounge access. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. "So close to the airport with a free shuttle! We booked this hotel as a transit hotel because our flight back to Vancouver was early morning and we didn't want to have to rush in the morning to beat traffic. The hotel is huge and I think we stayed in the older east wing. It's definitely a bit dated ..."
