"It was a very nice hotel to stay at. The girls at the front desk where 10's very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff were great. The only down that I could think of would be the bed was harder than I prefer. The air raid siren was a rude awakening but the staff was very helpful when asked where to go."

"The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia."

"We had a good time here, the views are great, the resort is comfortable for a family trip, and the staff were helpful. The rooms we a little noisy, you'll be hearing your neighbors' footsteps, crying babies (yeah, that one was ours), snoring, etc... but there are also private cabins available for those who want more quiet. "We have stopped at the new facility, in the junior suits room. the room was big enough and warm. the bed and pillow were comfortable. the bath room is big and cleanness and has a big showers. the hotel staff is very very friendly. the breakfast is rich and tasty. there are salad, cheese and meat plates, also you can select "main" dish such as: pasta or someone type of eggs. there is a good bakes and excellent coffee machine, choosing of juices. there is a transfer from hotel to the lift No.1...

"Amazing"

"The hotel is almost impossible to find, and Google Maps won’t get you there. You can see it on the hill, but you can’t figurr out how to get to it. It’s off a narrow gravel road that looks almost like a walking path. Lots of construction nearby. Once you find it, the hotel is beautiful. The food was excellent. The spa is small but nicely-appointed. I was disappointed that the pool/jacuzzi area was inside with the saunas, because there were so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that it was too...

"Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!"
