  • You will feel right at home in this 2-bedroom ocean view unit located at one of the South Shore's finest resorts
    - Nihi Kai Villas! From the sizable lanai off the living room and dining room, you can see the splash of waves
    hitting the rocks right at the end of the street. The townhouse design of the unit offers a sense of privacy and
    separation from the main living area. The first floor is home to the master bedroom, complete with a king-size
    bed and a master bath which has been fully upgraded. The walk-in shower enclosed with glass and tile will
    make you feel like you are visiting your spa. At the other end of the hall are the guest bedroom
    and another upgraded bathroom. The second floor is made for entertaining! The spacious living area includes
    a large living room and dining room leading to the main lanai, and a breakfast/game area with its lanai
    overlooking the gardens. The gourmet kitchen with its rich wood cabinets and granite countertops has
    everything you need to host your group. Find the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and
    drinkware for your favorite tropical meal needs. Outside of the relaxing oasis of Nihi Kai Villas, is an island full
    of beautiful sights and exciting activities. However, you are only a stone's throw away from world-famous
    Poipu Beach is known for monk seal sightings! Access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club (Fitness Gym Cardio and Weight Room, Tennis courts, and Pickel-Ball)

Wonderful location, great views! This met all of our needs. The property manager had great communication and instructions to check in/check out.

Perfect Location in Poipu

This was our second time staying at Nihi Kai Villas. The property has one of the best locations in Kauai, right at Poipu beach. It has beautiful landscaping throughout and a deep in-ground pool that is perfect for lounging and looking out over the blue waves. The condos are a bit dated (built in the 70’s) but we knew that when we booked and still loved it! Also no A/C but we just opened all the slats on the windows and let the cool ocean breezes blow thru the condo. It really cools down nice at night. As mentioned, we’ve stayed at Nihi Kai twice now and plan on coming back again and again! Our favorite spot on Kauai!

Great location and complex.

Location and size of property were wonderful. The only confusion was on late check it it wasn't clear that we had to go to the lock box at Suite Paradise office not the lock box on door of unit as is the practice in previous units. The athletic club accessibility was great.

We loved the location and the property! It was so nice that the unit provided beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards! The customer service was spot on!

Great location, lousy beds.

Condo had lots off space, but the kitchen was short on ANY cooking supplies. There was just salt, pepper and cooking spray. Master bed definitely needs to be replaced! Condo was nicely decorated and view from the lanai was wonderful for whale ( and people) watching. Great location, with just a short walk to excellent beaches.

GREAT CONDO

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. I was a little worried with no AC, but it was NO PROBLEM. The breezes from the ocean kept everything nice and cool. Can't wait till we can book again.

Walk to the beach location with comfortable furnishings

We had a very nice stay in this unit. It is nicely located near the beach, restaurant and shopping. It was clean and nicely appointed to cook meals and plenty of space to hang out around the living room. There were boogie boards and beach chairs. The pool was nice too (no hot tub). The grounds were beautifully maintained. On the negative side, we did not like that no AC was available. For the most part it was cool enough with fans, but you could hear the gardeners crunching around first thing in the morning, every morning! Also the carpet should be replaced with solid flooring. The dishwasher and tv were broke when we arrived. I called the manager and they came out the same day to replace the dishwasher and give us a new remote which allowed tv to work. It was inconvenient but they resolved the issues quickly. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

May 2018 Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. Celebrating our 20th anniversary. Great dining and made some new friends and fantastic memories. I can say that we will be back in the future. Sunset dining, zip lines, botanical gardens, lauas and more stuff than we had time to do. Mahalo and Aloha to our new O'hana!!

A perfect place to stay in paradise.

The property is immaculate. The homes are well kept and have everything you need to have an excellent vacation. My son worked hard to convince me to stay forever. The location was perfect and the view was fantastic.

overpriced for what you get

unit was old, carpet dirty, beds were very uncomfortable. "futon mats" were old and stinky, and when used, compressed down to an inch on the floor. No AC which means we had to try to keep it cool and dry with fans and open doors. the interior and our clothes and linens were always damp, sticky and covered with salt film. internet went out very frequently. DVD player was broken. The roof leaked when it rained. 3 chairs provided, but all were broken in some way. Overcharged from original quote by almost $50 per day.

Awesome location and condo had everything!

We loved being able to walk out of the condo and right onto Poipu beach! The weather was perfect everyday and we couldn't get enough of the beach and ocean. The condo had everything needed - boogie boards, beach chairs, towels. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. And we loved having a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Nice Location

This unit is nicely maintained, has updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is in a perfect location in the complex as well as in the town. Walking distance to Kalapaki Joe's and Brenneke beach and restaurant, and to Poipu Beach which has good snorkeling. I have stayed in this particular unit twice and will be back. The only suggestion I have for the owners is that they update the knives. I could barely cut our pineapple or anything else for that matter. A pizza cutter would be useful as well!

The property was spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed the property, it was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was close to the beach great for swimming, snorkeling and exploring. The ad said it slept 6 people, but it doesn't. However, the value is great compared to others we saw.
