Welcome to Prince Kuhio #205. This one bedroom is the perfect place to stay while in Kauai. Recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy and relax. This gem with a spectacular ocean view is only a 100 yards to beautiful sandy Lawai Beach and fine dining at the Beach House restaurant. If your plan is to snorkel with sea turtles at Lawai Beach or surf at PKs, don't forget to end the day by relaxing in our newly renovated pool nestled between our tropical gardens.

Our unit features a full kitchen including 4 burner cooktop, oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, microwave, and all the cookware you will need to whip up a home cooked meal.

We are located directly adjacent to Prince Kuhio Park and a 5 minute walk to The Shops At Kukui'ula where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at Merriman's Fish House, satisfy your sweet tooth with an ice cream treat at Lappert's, or shop at the numerous high end boutiques.

We are walking distance to Baby Beach, 1-2 miles to Spouting Horn Park, National Botanical Gardens, Poipu Beach, Poipu Shopping Village, historic Koloa Town, Sheraton Hotel, and the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

For you convenience, we offer free covered parking, free Wi-fi internet, 50" smart TV, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler.

The location was excellent. The views from the unit awesome. Property description accurate. Host communications very responsive. We had a great stay. Only recommendation is to update glassware re. Only one wine glass, and maybe a squeegee for those of us who are happy to keep the salt spray etc. off the windows.

We had the best time in Kauai! The view from the balcony was amazing! The space was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, had all the things you need for cooking, walking distance from the beach. We loved the covered parking garage. The bed was sooo comfortable. We loved walking around the grounds and looking at all the flowers and ponds. The peopleStaying around us were so nice and welcoming. Finding the condo was easy, check in was a breeze, and communication with host was top notch. We appreciate Jim being so helpful with wonderful tips on his favorite spots! We would 100% stay here again. Already planning our next trip.

We loved this property! It was clean, comfortable and in the best location! In our opinion, the snorkeling by Boss Frog’s (across the street) was the best we’ve seen. Photo is the sunrise view from the deck. We hope to come back soon. Mahalo, Jim and Greg!

Felt very safe , views from unit were outstanding…looking out at the Prince Kuhio Park and the sea …lulled to sleep with the waves upon the rocks on the shoreline…only drawback was no a/c…there is always a trade wind breeze but it was still very warm.

Great location on Kuaui on the South shore near Koloa. There is a good view of the ocean from condo. We did not like the closed in Lanai. Also there were curtains that obscured the view of the water in the middle of the full length windows providing a view of the ocean. You have to take a short walk to Lawai beach to watch the sunset. The other thing to know is that there are a lot of feral chickens, which means roosters in the morning.

We had a great time at this condo, the location is amazing with a great snorkeling beach right across the street. Parking was easy and the condo was very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful if needed, and the check in/out process was very easy.

Perfect location, wonderful condo

This is a great place to stay, especially to explore the southern side of Kauai. The condo is super clean and well equipped with everything you need for meals. The furniture is comfortable, especially for a VRBO. Plenty of beach towels and linens. The grounds are beautiful, the pool area is fantastic and #205 overlooks a gorgeous park. Lots of chickens and the roosters start their day very early, so be aware of that. The walls are fairly thin, I would say, but nothing different than any other condo and it's a fairly quiet complex overall. There is a place to snorkel just across the road, there is also a walking path next to the street as well that makes it easy to get in a good walk (Poipu beach is about 1.5 miles away). Laundry room on site with standard prices and has a sink. Owners were responsive to any texts etc. Highly recommended!

Lovely views and Cozy Comfort

Even though it was brief, we had a wonderful stay at this condo, even though it was brief. It had a lovely garden and ocean view and a gorgeous, breezy sun room that made it so easy to relax. The hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating and communicative, ensuring everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommend!

Great location

This condo was in a great location and has beautiful views. The picture does show a table on the balcony, but there was no furniture on balcony for our visit. Unfortunately, when we got there, they were working on the water so we had no water for over 5 hours. If we would have known, we would have moved things around. I honestly think it was just an oversight of communication, but really put a damper on our first night. I think it’s important to note that there is no AC and you can’t leave the windows/doors open when you leave so coming back it can be a little stuffy. But overall, this was a great place to enjoy Kauai.
