    Step into your own slice of paradise at this oceanfront condo, where the sunsets are truly spectacular. The top-floor condo offers stunning views of the ocean, perfect for watching sea turtles, dolphins, and even humpback whales during the winter months. The condo features two bedrooms with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, ideal for two couples traveling together. The open and airy living space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable seating for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views.

Loved the location and the views from the deck. we saw a pod of dolphins fairly close to shore one day - and at least 2 whales breeching quite far out on our last day.Hearing the sound of the ocean waves at night was so soothing.

It was a great place to stay. It got a little warm at time because there wasnt and AC, but there were fans that helped. Not a big deal. Beautiful view, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Views from Balcony and pool are great. We saw a few turtles from our balcony. Great area to tour other parts of island such as Waimea Canyon and Hanalei Bay both less than 90 mins away. We are AC people and it wasn’t uncomfortable. The bonus of windows open is hearing the waves all night. Mahalo

Loved the ocean view from the balcony as well as the deck and swimming pool in the common area on the property. The rooms were spacious and clean. Also enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards! We liked how close the beaches and local restaurants and shopping were to the property.

Great location, amazing view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poipu Palms. The condo was furnished with everything we needed, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a large cooler. The deck was the perfect place for morning coffee while enjoying the ocean views. Poipu Beach is only minutes away by car, and is also within walking distance…as long as you don’t have too much to carry with you! We made multiple stops at Koloa Fruit Stand and Little Fish Coffee - they are close by and well worth stopping by!

Beautiful view!

The property is older but the location is excellent and they supplied everything you need for a fun beach vacation, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. We had a minor problem which they fixed immediately. The dishes, and other kitchen supplies looked new and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen equipment to make meals. The view from the lanai is so beautiful and it is peaceful to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean. Overall a fantastic place!

The apartment is spacious enough to be comfortable with another friend or a small family. The ocean is right there and you can hear it the entire time. Kitchen was adequately equipped for basic needs. Furniture in bedrooms is pretty dated. The beds were comfortable. The couch was good for relaxing. Lounge chairs on the lanai were nice. There is equipment for the beach like tommy bahama chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and an old beat up cooler. The location is great for going on walks to Breneke Beach and Poipu Beach. The pool and deck is a nice addition to get some outdoor time while relaxing with a book. Overall happy with our stay and would go back.

Awesome Stay

This condo is amazing: you can enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean from the lanai and you are a few minutes away from a snorkeling beach (Poipu) and a swimming or boogie board beach (Brennecke). So super view, super location and very clean apartment. What else do you need? A pool? There is one on site that is rarely used as people go to the beach.

5 nights in Poi’pu

Unit is just as described. They literally thought of everything we could have needed. Wonderful location, beautiful views, comfortable & welcoming facility. The communication was top notch. Felt as if we could call for anything we may need. We’re from Michigan & used to cooler nights, so no air conditioning made sleeping a little tough. But we knew up front it was not an option.

Location great but pests were not

My son and I stayed for spring break. We were aware there was no air conditioning which makes for warm nights (the back bedroom gets much cooler at night if you prefer that). No A/C means an increased likelihood of pests such as roaches. We are not scared of bugs. We live in MT and enjoy backpacking, etc. but the amount we had to spray and kill each evening made us eat out much more than we wanted and spend much more money than we intended.

Cockroach fumigation is required

The unit itself needs updating, something the owners need to take care of, but the management firm, Koloa Kai, needs to do a MAJOR fumigation of the unit. Multitudes of cockroaches in the kitchen, both real small to medium-sized roaches. They offered to come & put out roach traps, but that didn't interest us at all because 95% of the roaches were on the counters, and other places in the kitchen. Even the freezer & the silverware drawer were not spared. I USED TO LIVE IN HAWAII AND AM AWARE OF ROACHES BEING THE NORM IF NOT ADDRESSED, BUT THERE HAVE BEEN NO RENTALS IN HAWAII VISITS OVER THE PAST 25 YEARS IN WHICH WE HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS BIG OF A PROBLEM.Also needed: replace chairs on lanai that are falling apart, service both bathrooms' toilets as they run off & on throughout the day and night.This unit needs a more diligent cleaning team as well. Not at all certain where the cleaning deposit is applied but renters such as ourselves aren't getting our money's worth.

Poipu Palms 302 was a wonderful place to stay, especially if you want to see turtles swimming in the waves and listen to the waves crashing against the rocks. The pool is especially great with its incredible location right over the water. What made this place even better were the kind and responsive hosts. They made us feel so special and taken care of from the moment we booked until the day we got home. I highly recommend!
