Sip coffee on the lanai while watching the sunrise, or sunbathe on the deck in the heated pool. The upper floor holds a spacious, gourmet kitchen, which opens to the living and dining areas. Views of Kauai's iconic Mt. Haupu, with peeks of the nearby ocean, make this home ideal for your Kauai vacation.

Three of Kauai's finest beaches are a short walk away, via pedestrian-only green belt pathways. The master suite holds some of the house's best views with a grand bathroom that opens to the courtyard pool deck. A free-standing guest suite off the pool deck has its own private entrance. On the ground level, the home features two bedrooms and one bath.

Located in the exclusive Poipu Kai resort, this luxurious home offers all of the resort's extensive amenities: 8 tennis courts, walking paths through greenbelts to beaches, community pool/spa, and 24-hour security. Very nice property, we all enjoyed the layout, rooms, kitchen and small pool. Pictures online made property look a little more modern and exclusive than it was in reality but overall it was a very good experience. The owner, Craig was very responsive and easy to work with!

We absolutely loved the house! It was such a nice touch to walk in the first day and have Hawaiian music playing. The house was very comfortable and we had tons of room for a family of 10. I think the pool was one of our favorite things that we spent a lot of time there. It’s within walking distance of Poipu Beach, which we also loved. The host was incredible to work with. We plan on coming back! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Lovely house in a perfect location. Comfortable, clean furnishings and everything you could need for home and the beach. A real plus for travelers with small children with high chairs and baby beds complete with linens. Incredible Blackstone grill for nightly cooking with relaxing pool and deck for outdoor fun.

We booked the Plumeria House for a week during the Christmas holiday 2025 for a family trip that included 12 of us - two grandparents, two sets of parents, three grown grandchildren, two with significant others, and a five-year old grandchild. The house was perfect. Although we initially had to negotiate room arrangements, it all worked out reasonably well for everyone. The house is beautiful with everything we needed for cooking, having pool-side barbecues, lounging around and in the pool, and going to the beach. The owner provided an excess of towels, bedding, pool and beach equipment/toys, and cooking and dining supplies. The house is also perfectly situated. Poipu Beach is close by, a very easy 10 minute walk, as is the walkway/trail along the ocean. Koloa Town is only a couple of minutes drive and Lihue is 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everyone in our group loved the house and its location. The only suggestion we would make concerns the room downstairs with the futons. Although the grandkids who stayed in that room did not complain, having a couple of real beds with new mattresses would have been ideal. Nevertheless, we were all extremely pleased with the rental and would rent it again in an instant for a return visit.

No hot water, no clothes dryer, no stove for 3 days. propane tank was empty. When company came to fill tank they discovered big propane leak. That evening handy man filled house with propane. Owner did not care he put us in danger. Swimming pool step rail loose. Multiple bare electrical wires near trash and recycling.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation! The location was so perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach with sea turtles, boogie bording, a restaurant, shaved ice. Other shopping centers with good restaurants were nearby. The views from the living room were awesome! The kids loved the pool every day!

The Plumeria House was perfect for our family of 12! Everyone had their own space and we could gather in the living area all together. There was everything we needed from beach towels, beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc! It was perfect for us! We loved being close enough to walk to the beach! Such a beautiful view, too! We had the most amazing time at the plumeria house. Our family, all 11 of us, were so happy with the beauty and layout of the home. We spent a lot of time out on the patio watching the grandkids swim while visiting and playing games with our kids. We loved going to Poipu beach. The sea turtles would come up to the beach and rest every evening. We could watch the sunrise in thr master bedroom suite. Such an amazing vacation.
