Stroll through the grounds to find an outdoor pool and sundeck, a pavilion with gas grills and dining tables, an outdoor shower, and a koi pond. Just beyond the complex, you can walk to Brennecke's Beach, Shipwreck Beach, Spouting Horn, the National Tropical Botanical Garden, great restaurants, shops, a market, and the weekly farmers market.

Begin each morning with coffee, breakfast, and a view of the lush grounds outside on your covered lanai (which includes sun shades for additional privacy). This is also where you'll find a supply of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, inflatables, sand toys, and a cooler to bring with you down to the beach.

Return home in the afternoons to be greeted by over 1,000 square feet of luxury living space, full of custom finishes, stunning mosaics of ocean-colored glass, and fragrant trade winds blowing through. At the heart of the home is a chic kitchen with custom slab countertops and cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and all sorts of gadgets, bakeware, and spices for your use. To one side is an interior dining room; to the other are a breakfast bar and an elegant living room where you can screen nightly movies on the 65-inch TV (with premium cable, all Disney channels and streaming, Epix, Cinemax On Demand, and DVR).

Additional highlights include a primary suite with its own TV, bathroom, and access to the lanai. A beautiful, custom wall-mounted Murphy bed is also featured in the home, complete with a premium Casper queen-size mattress for added comfort. High-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
