  • Nuestro hermoso y lujoso condominio recién amueblado se encuentra en Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. Es uno de sólo un puñado de las propiedades del aire acondicionado en la isla de Kauai. Nuestro apartamento está en la segunda y tercera planta, con una vista fantástica de la cadena montañosa. El complejo está situado a pocos pasos de varias playas de clase mundial, incluyendo Playa del naufragio, Brenneckes Beach y Poipu Beach, que ellos el lugar perfecto para cualquier grupo de tamaño o familia hace. Four friends on a 4-day golf adventure. This home was a perfect match for what we needed. Very clean, upscale feel with a great location for what we needed. Would stay here again.

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay immensely! There was more than adequate space for all of us and, despite the road construction adjacent to the condo, we slept well. As we spent every day in the ocean, showers were high pressure and the temperatures were easily adjustable. Towels, dishware, drinking glasses and cups, along with pots and pans were plentiful. We enjoyed fixing and serving meals for all of us and shared our plans for and reports from our days on The Garden Isle. High recommend from all of us, including my 11 year old grandson.

This is a fabulous location within walking distance to the beach, Moir gardens, etc. The pool and hot tub were also lovely. Beautiful grounds and beautiful area!

Contacted the host with a few questions. Received answers immediately. Very responsive. Condo was well stocked with everything needed for a beach stay. Everything was clean and as advertised. If we come back to this area in the future, we will definitely try to rent this condo again.

This house was just right for 5 adults to have their own space! It had all of the accommodations we needed and more. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful home!

We had such a great stay at Jennifer's place. The house was beautiful and well stocked and we were all super comfortable the whole time. Loved the surrounding resort and beach proximity. Would love to come back someday!

Family Spring Break Get-Together

Great place and great location. Could easily walk to back to see sunrise/sunset, turtles, Monk seals. Excellent restaurant/bar with awesome happy hour pricing and pickle ball courts also just a couple minutes walk.

Great Condo Near Beaches

I would highly recommend this condo in south Kauai. It was very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to multiple beaches and a beautiful hiking trail. It was also well stocked and the beds were super comfortable.

Loved this condo

Our group (8 adults) enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Very clean and plenty of space for us. Loved being able to walk to the beach and several bars/restaurants. Plenty to do in the area also.
