ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
We strive to provide 5 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella although this cannot be guaranteed as these items get broken, misplaced, or left in rental cars. While I cannot absolutely guarantee it, an adequate supply is usually available. I recommend you check before renting equipment.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Please note our firm cancellation policy. We strongly recommend trip insurance. Please, don't be that person who wishes they had bought insurance. There are many options for travel insurance and you need to read the finer details carefully. It is also available here through VRBO.
Maximum occupancy is 5 and is monitored, Sofa sleeping not allowed. An exception can be made for toddlers and infants in portable cribs.
Notes: The building does not have an elevator.

The second bedroom has a versatile bedding plan - one queen and one twin- an ideal arrangement for children of different ages, 2 adult couples traveling together or a nanny or Grandma! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and access to the second lanai and ROKU TV.
