"Yes there is no AC but for my family this was not an issue. The windows open and on the 6th floor the breeze was always coming through and was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend staying as this is just a place to sleep and come home too from being out all day enjoying Maui's beauty. "

"This property though not a new built is in a good location, it is clean and the grounds are well maintained. Love the garden view from our lanai. A five minute walk from our unit to the beach. Enjoyed proximity to South Maui Gardens/food trucks, groceries , places to eat and shop. Not too happy with the check in staff though who had some kind of condescending attitude . "

"Fantastic property! Fantastic, warm and welcoming staff. Great communication. My wife and I enjoyed staying here much more than much more expensive Grand Wailea where we stayed this New Year. Easy choice for our next trip: we will come back here"

"One of the best properties I’ve stayed at. Very welcoming and kind staff. The one thing I would suggest is to ask how many beds are needed prior to arrival. My boys had to share a bed. Where other units have 2 twin beds. "

"Everything is fine with the property."

"Friendly staff, excellent customer service, clean room with excellent accommodations, and great location. Ample parking. One of the side table lamps in our room was shorting in and out. We bought a replacement bulb ourselves, but that still didn’t fix it. We will definitely come again. "

"Luxurious accommodation with beautiful views! Nice uncrowded pool and beach chairs! You buy your own food at Safeway, but it saves you money and you get exactly what you want. It’s so much better than paying $60 a person for a breakfast buffet at the Kea Lani. We chose to skip breakfast there.😂 On our last leg of the trip we both wished we would have picked the Villas over the Kea Lani. It was so much more pleasant at the Villas! "We liked everything, it’s a wonderful condominium, with all you need, very close ti the beach and they have beach chairs for you to use, we definitely will return to Maui in a near future and we’re going to stay here. "Barb and Larry thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and like home! There are so many extras from the kitchen to bedding extras to pool and beach supplies! Everything is clean and well maintained. Their communication during our stay was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to bring it home with me! Ha! You can tell they are proud tobe sharing their space. And view was gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Great place to stay right in the middle of Maui. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beach is just a short walk from the unit. The owner and management were very responsive. The water heater went out on our second night and they had a plumber out the next day to install a new one! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui."

"It’s a lovely and quiet area the beach is right across the street. Restaurant and shopping center are within a 10 to 15 min walk. They also provide towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use to take with you to the beach. The place is very clean and I cannot wait to go back."

"We had a fantastic stay at Wonderful South Maui Beach Condos. The condo had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, towels, snorkeling gear, and even a beach chair. The area was peaceful and felt very safe. There’s a great shared Weber grill available, and the beach is just a short walk away. Grocery stores and delicious cafes are nearby. Highly recommend!"
