"The entire team at this prestigious resort were amazing. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax be sure to visit here. Film, the general manager is excellent and very welcoming. He made us feel at home with stories about his family and organised transfers for our onward journey too. Nothing was too much trouble. "

"Not bad. The bed was comfy and clean - Unfortunately we didn’t receive any check-in instructions or information until after we checked out so it was kind of a guessing game because there was no staff around to help us. "

"No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room.
Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side.
This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around.
Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. "
