"We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the kingfisher Shepherds hut. If your looking to stay please bare in mind that the hut is very small, there is very limited kitchen supplies, ie no oven, microwave or decent sized freezer. Unfortunately lots of flys got into our hut which we had to sleep with as we had no repellent and no nets were provided. It is a bit of a faff having to heat your own hot tub and sauna, building the fire and keeping it alight for atleast 2hrs is hard work...

"The property was excellent, 3 good size bedrooms for a change. Although very isolated, up a very narrow track but it was worth it. I would come back again for the week with the dogs to just chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet, and the bleating sheep."

"When we first got there it was a bit mixed up, a nightmare, but that was down yo me. The lady was very understanding and helpful, it was as if nothing was yo much trouble, friendly staff. "Our stay was brilliant. To begin, the location and view were beautiful with the mountains and sheep in the fields surrounding the lodge. The lodge was great, had everything we needed for our stay.
