"The hotel was perfectly located for our roadtrip. We didn't have to drive into Isle of Skye when we arrived to the area late in the evening. The staff was welcoming and helpful with our late arrival as well. The room was extraordinary. It had a beautiful water view. The vibe at the hotel was quaint and homey. Everything was well maintained and extremely clean. We would stay again."

"The lift was not working so we had to use stairs to get to and from our room. Didn’t expect it to be so remote from Fort William. The restaurant attached lacked, breakfast was not enjoyable. New person not trained left on own to work with food costumers etc."
