"This was a lovely property right on the canal. The cottage was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Communication with owner was fabulous when we did have an issue, it was responded to and taken care of within minutes. This is a great location if you are visiting a college student or town. We would consider staying again even if not for school because of its location and charm "

"Just perfect. Dan could not have been more accommodating, the cottage is the most charming in which we have stayed, and the view is gorgeous. You truly cannot get any closer to the water. We hope to return next May!"

"The view was beautiful. As stated this area has some bugs, so be prepared some sprays and repellents. The nearby park is beautiful and it has two small charcoal grills. The house is above a garage so you need to walk up steps to get to the entrance. Inside is a K-cup machine and simple kitchen essentials. Place was clean, linens and towels were provided and there was WiFi available "

"Great overall stay. Really enjoyed the house and surrounding area."

"Clean, comfortable and adorable. I wish I would have known the thermostat controlled the entire property. I like to sleep cold and set the temp very low and unfortunately made it uncomfortable for the other units.Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay and the restaurant next door is phenomenal."
