"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized."

"This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen and great backyard. The fence securely contained our 12# pup. Easy walk to the market and coffee shops of Gearheart. We stayed a week to explore the northern coast. We hope to come back next year. "

"I was very pleased with this vacation rental. Great location, fantastic view of the ocean and is close to the main street of Broadway where the majority of the restaurants and shops are located. The building felt very safe, has an elevator that works really well and was reasonably quiet. This particular condo is a bit older but the furniture is comfortable and the TV's are great :)"

"We enjoyed staying in the Ridge Path Cottage in Gearhart. It's on a quiet street near the golf course, with easy access to downtown. The cottage was clean and welcoming, and the beds were great. "
