"The room was tired and in need of decoration. There were only 4 coathangers and no full length wardrobe. The room was also very dusty. The top of the bathroom waste pedal bin was covered in stains. The two hairdryers in the room both stopped after a few minutes on medium heat. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The room was cold when we arrived. The lighting was poor. However we would recommend the restaurant. The food is well cooked and delicious."

"This was easily the best place we’ve stayed all of our honeymoon! The staff were so sweet, room was beautiful and had an amazing view - breakfast was great and the bar was top notch as well! Definitely hope to make it out this way and stay here again "

"Room to a high standard and hotel was well presented. Bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Main disappointment was the staff. Reception staff were robotic and unengaging. Most staff we encountered failed to engage and did not acknowledge our presence. Bar staff were young and inexperienced, hard to get their attention. Great hotel but staff let it down , not sure if we stay again."

"The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. Thank you to all the team"

"The food was consistently good. Would have preferred muesli and yoghurt at breakfast. Very pleasant location and good standard of accommodation. "

"Overall experience was good. Instructions of where to park was unclear. A picture of the parking area wold have been very helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. There were pots,plates etc But no knives, forks or spoons ? Shower screen was off its lower rails and could not fix it. Noise from Asda loading bays was loud but fully expected so not a real issue. Wondered what the ear plugs were for ? We were more than happy with our overnight stay and will be booking again."

"The hotel is in an old building. The floors are uneven and very creaky to be expected. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom wet tired. The bar was very quiet but the landlord was very friendly and chatted with me for some time which made being solo pleasant. WIFI works just fine through the building. Breakfast was lovely. "

"Really nice pub in walking distance of Malvern town. Staff were excellent as was the room aand excellent value. The only two dissapointments were that they don't offer breakfast and there were no toiletries in the room"
