I have small bites on my right hand and on both legs. I have pictures and they are very similar to ones of bed bugs. I believe I was in room 204. I hope you look into this and resolve the issue. I am praying I didn’t bring any home to my bed and family

Derby City Gaming & Hotel - A Churchill Downs Property
The bed was terrible. There were huge sink holes in the mattress. Stayed on the second floor and the view from the window was literally the air conditioning units. I asked twice for fresh towels and never got any. There was loud music from a band easily heard in the room and was told they would be ...

Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown
Room was not ready at check in time. I had to wait till 7:00pm at night to check in and I had to call the hotel to check if room was ready. I was told house keeping didn’t turn over the keys
