"The hotel property and service were excellent. The problem with this visit was that the mountains were not visible. We went in the recommended month, April, to see the mountains. All we saw was smog inversion from Kathmandu. There is nothing else to do around the property except view the mountains and use the resort facilities. The spa was excellent."

"The hotel is beautiful and surrounded by nature and hills. It was a mesmerizing with scenery nature. Over all we had so much fun and lot of beautiful captures around the environment. People over here are very calm and respectful. It’s good to go to relax from the busy life. "

"Beautiful hotel with so many flowers around that you felt like you were in a magical garden. The staff always had a smile and took care of every need. My "villa" was in the forest where it was quiet and peaceful, except the day the hotel next to us had a wedding, lol. And the view from the rooftop of the hotel was spectacular despite the haze of the summer. If you're goal is a view of the snow capped mountains, go in September- November. But that did not disappoint me. "

"The best hotel in Khatmandu. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, full amenities, including pool and gym. Lovely gardens and stupa. Plenty of food options and staff would work to accommodate special requests. I recommend it!"

"The property was very clean and comfortable with an amazing restaurant. The room was much larger than it appeared in pictures and had a large bathroom and every amenity needed. The resort was wonderful except for the pool and jacuzzi area. The pool was very cold and appeared to be dirty or unfiltered. The hot tub was moderately warm but also appeared to be unfiltered as the emptied and refilled it daily. Not recommended to come to this resort for the pool. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety of food each morning. Everyone was amazing, but we especially want to highlight Pervaiz, who served us at breakfast—he was exceptionally attentive and made our mornings even better. Highly recommend this...

"Very quiet, beautiful views from the rooms, really nice staff that help you feel comfortable, like a special guest. Elevator does not work, however. Otherwise, a very nice hotel for a great price."

"We spent a couple of nights there with family. It was great place to stay. Food was amazing, staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Overall great place to stay."

"Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"
