All linens, Bath towels, wash cloths, dog towels, paper towels, trash bags, Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and dog shampoo (dog shampoo located in outdoor shower) I do not offer beach towels.

This cottage belonged to my grandmother and I have many memories sitting around her red kitchen table. I hope you and your loved ones create fun and forever lasting memories around that same red kitchen table when you stay at Time And Tide.

We love dogs and know that taking them along on vacation is a must sometimes. I allow one dog with a $75 non refundable charge .I sometimes make exceptions for an additional smaller dog, but please ask first . PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE PET FEE IN YOUR RESERVATIONS.

Our yard is not fenced but we have plenty of room to walk in the back yard . If they've played at the beach, I have provided special towels for your dog to dry them after they're rinsed off from the hose we provide on the deck. Please no dogs on the furniture and beds and PLEASE clean up after your dog in the yard.. Thank you for loving your doggies and we hope they have a great time too. Feel free to ask any questions about our policy. ALSO A NATURE TRAIL THAT I HAVE PICTURED BOTH IN MY PHOTOS.

The cottage was so cute, very mid century modern. There was only two of us and a dog so it was plenty big enough. Owners made excellent restaurant recommendations.

Vintage charm

Holli’s family property was absolutely adorable and the fact that it has been in her family since the 50s and still has the family’s kitchen table just adds to the charm. It is a quick and easy drive to the beach and the lot is wooded and private. Holli was an amazing hostess. She was quick to offer suggestions for restaurants and easy to follow directions for check in. Holli keeps the house equipped the great extras like cotton swabs, body washes, dog shampoos and other things too. Holli also responded so quickly to questions. We were struggling with how to use the AC, and even in the middle of the night, she still responded. We have already shared her listing with friends, and I’m sure we will stay again. Thank you Holli for a great spring break getaway.

Awesome Cottage!!!

We had a very fun stay at this cute and charming cottage when visiting OBX for a wedding in October. The listing is very accurate and the host was fantastic!! Super clean cottage and a wonderful experience.

Great Location!

The cottage was in a convenient location for getting around the OBX! The host was an excellent resource for things to do around the area, which made our stay that much better. Communication was almost immediate, and the suggestions were spot-on. We will be back at some point for sure!

Perfect for our family

The cottage was just as listed... adorable and one of the most clean rentals I have stayed in. It's very close to everything and beach access is right up the road. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of care into every detail.

Cute cottage

Lovely vintage cottage with little touches that make you enjoy the stay. Like a dark washcloth that says Makeup!, paper cups in bathroom and coffee pods, sugar and creamers. Everything you need. One suggestion, driveway is on a curve and easy to miss! May want to slow way down at you pass 830 mailbox as 838 is coming soon!

Very nice place

The cottage was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed (beds, linens, towels, kitchen, etc.). The only drawback for us was the passing vehicle noise as the cottage is situated just a few yards from a busy road. This apparently has not been an issue for majority of guests so maybe just us. Host(s) were great communicators and have done everything "within their power" to provide a wonderful stay.

Great place

Host was so nice and accommodating. Even changed our reservation due to a family issue and a tropical storm. The house is lovely and very centrally located. Decor is chic and cozy. We definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect beach getaway

Holli’s cottage was so warm and welcoming! The location is just a short hop to very convenient public beach parking. She has the most thoughtful accommodations to be able to spend vacay with your dog as well! She was easy to reach if needed and gave wonderful recommendations for local favorite restaurants/breweries. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Cute and Cozy

This home was cute and cozy for our short getaway! A lot of thought was put into this vaycation home in terms of everything you needed to be comfortable. We loved the pet amenities provided that made it easy to travel with our pup! The only thing to be careful with is getting in and out of the driveway. The house is located on a road where there are blind spots to get onto the main road, and cars go well above the speeding limit! I know that is not the owners fault, but the city should change something about this.

Charming Cottage

Our stay at Time and Tide was wonderful. This quaint cottage provided all the comforts of home and was perfectly located. We loved having morning coffee on the deck and we were able to easily explore all the Outer Banks has to offer from our home away from home in Kitty Hawk. We prepared meals using the grill and well equipped kitchen and slept soundly each night on the the comfortable beds. This vacation rental also included everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach. They provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. The owners are local and respond quickly. If you are looking for a place to stay while vacationing in the Outer Banks, you can't go wrong with Time and Tide.

Kitty Hawk Getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good for us as it was near a trail we could walk our dog. It is about a mile from beach and other activities. You do have to be careful pulling out with your car especially turning left because of the curve of the road. Having said that, we were impressed with all amenities that were provided from a filtered water pitcher in refrigerator, Kuerig, and even qtips in bathroom. The house is very cozy and well decorated. This is our favorite place so far we have stayed through VRBO.
