This newest Airbnb is called the Gingerview. Enjoy your morning coffee looking out towards the grand river and just past that, see all the unique buildings that make up Mill St. From the Mill to the main St. the view is complete and is yours enjoy. Also on this level you have a complete kitchen and a cozy comfortable space to watch your favorite Netflix Shows. Each floor has a bathroom the main bathroom is on the second floor where your Two bedrooms are.

You are within walking distance of everything that is Elora .
You have 2 new bridges to cross the river to get to the heart of Mill St. and the Mill itself. If you are arriving for a spa or wedding the Mill is part of your view
Trails abound from this area, no need to drive to take a walk, simply park your car and enjoy. Be one with nature and all it has to offer.
1. **No smoking** inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas.
2. **No parties or events** without prior approval.
3. **Guests must be respectful** of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
4. **Please use the towels and linens** provided and do not take them off the property.
5. **Please leave the property** in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
6. **Check-in after 3 PM** and check-out before 11 AM, unless otherwise arranged.
7. **Parking** is for registered guests only. Use designated parking spots.
8. **Report any damages or issues** immediately to the host.

The place was very well equipped and extremely clean. The location was just perfect as right across the river from the Elora Mill area and two bridges very close to get across the river to the downtown. The place had very high quality bathrooms, kitchen and furnishings and comfortable furniture for any needs. There is stairs to get to the apartment and also a long staircase to the second floor ( due to very high ceilings on the first floor, which make the place seem very large and airy).John our hosts was on site when we checked in and was very helpful even showing us how to convert the sofa into a comfortable bed. The addition of Netflix was greatly appreciated as due to rain we couldn't explore the beautiful town of Elora after dark as we had hoped to do.We will definitely stay here again. Thank you John.

Great location! Super close to the main street in Elora. The condo is actually bigger than it looks online. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two nights stay for our family! John was super responsive also

1 night getaway with dear friends in Elira

We were met when we arrived we also had good directions and key pad code..John was very helpful and welcoming.He’s had lovely tables where we could sit outside. Everything was walking distance.!!

Great location and nice property

The Gingerview apartment is very well located in Elora. The space is nicely appointed and served our purpose well. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. It was a great space to stay on our girls weekend.

We had a girls getaway weekend at this location. It was great! Only one complaint was that the microwave wasn't functioning. Other than that it was the perfect location, near all shops, bars, and Elora muse. Host was great to deal with, and the apartment had a great layout, styled very nicely and loved that we had two bathrooms. The property was very clean. I would definitely book this property again.

Overall, this property was spacious and well appointed and we enjoyed our stay very much. On the cleanliness side of things there was visible dust in certain areas such as on top of the fridge (we are tall people) and the ceiling fan. We liked that we could easily walk to several restaurants. We will come back to Elora

Lovely place- Great location

Place was just perfect couple of min walk to action. It was great for us on a cold winter day, we could talk breathers when we needed and then head back out again. Rooms had great we of the Christmas lights and market from every room. John was very communicative and accommodating. Loved it!
