"The property was very clean and easily accessible just off the road through town. The host was accessible and around outside fairly regularly because this place is just behind their home. The host is a very nice mother of several growing kids and was ready to help as needed."

"Great location near shopping and all the baseball fields we needed. The house was a basic 1950’s 2-bedroom but nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice welcome treats. The management company didn’t respond to my texts in a timely manner at first but got better after we checked in. Description said a/c but it’s really a swamp cooler that we weren’t familiar with at first so we didn’t open the bedroom window the first night. Not pleasant. The next day we read the welcome book that explains

"I really enjoyed the stay here. It was priced comparatively to a typical hotel room, but got the extra privacy of the bedroom. It was cleaner than the hotel rooms you find in the area and the hosts seemed to care. The 25 Starbucks gift card was a nice "perk" that I'm enjoying as I write this review. I would definitely stay there again when I'm back in the Farmington area. Way better than a hotel by far."
