"The unit had a horrific smell of urine from the moment we checked in. We tried to air the unit out with the windows for 8 hours but the smell persisted. We discussed with the hotel to receive a refund of the second night and were told they would refund us but they went behind our back directly to Expedia to negotiate a lower refund than what they agreed on with us. Horrible experience. Will not be booking this hotel or on Expedia ever again."

"Amazing location. Communication from host was great. Our room was in the back of the building and was quiet from street noise, even though the street noise seemed find anyway. Only downside I would say is that the internal walls are a bit thin and we could hear some shuffling in the other room - but was not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again."

19. Hotel Faubourg Montreal

Hotel Faubourg Montreal
Allotjament de 3.0 estrelles
Centre de Mont-real
8.2 de 10, Molt bo, (6.522 opinions)
"I do not recommend this hotel. They do not clean the rooms dairy but every 2 days. The breakfast buffet is very poor and the place is not inviting. Too many people at the same time; some do not get to seat at breakfast. The hotel charges a deposit in addition to the rate and does not return it in less than 15 days after the stay. The key to the room opens the outside door and is required to use the elevator however it does not always work. No doorman, no botones, only one person at the desk,"
