"Climate in the room was consistently comfortable. Very clean facility all around. Staff were very polite and helpful in area recommendations. Only one disappointment….the shower water was not hot, just warm!"

When I walked into our room (#3) I immediately noted personal attention to many items that made the room more comfortable. I am sure a woman and a well traveled woman who was keenly aware of little things that make a huge difference. Too many to list all, but don't you hate those tiny waste baskets in hotel rooms? There was a big trash can lined with a draw string bag, the bottom of the shower curtain...
