"The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again . The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately. So all in all a nicevpkace to stay...

"Hotel was great. Staff very friendly and available 24/7. You are very much in the center of Cairo, which can be overwhelming to some, so just know that going in. For me, I thought it was great and gave a great feel for the city compared to staying at a big name resort. May look a bit sketchy but never felt unsafe. Rooms are exactly as pictured. Our room had a fantastic covered balcony/porch that was well decorated and had a couch. Was massive. "
