"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. "

"Hôtel dans le nouveau Gizeh proche des pyramides, ultra sécurisé. Neuf et encore en travaux nous avons voulu profiter en fin de journée de la piscine mais c’était bruyant et il y avait la fumée des travaux. La chambre est bien décorée et spacieuse, nous avions le lit bébé comme demandé. Les sols ne sont pas très propres (partie commune des chambres en moquettes, et chambre carrelage). Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la salle de restauration est très belle et ainsi que les parties communes....

"Staff were friendly, but the room condition itself wasn't great, poor bathroom toilet , mustquitos in the room, but staff have us a spray, the restaurant and food was not so good either "

"Hotel is clean, fresh, and well staffed. Pool is small but delightful. The swim up "bar" made delicious smoothies (but no alcoholic drinks in this muslim country, which was fine for us.) The room I picked promised a view of the pyramids of Giza and it did not disappoint! The top floor dining area also had great food and terrific views. It's a bit removed from the city but was well situated for what we came to see on our short trip."

"Temizlik umduğundan iyi idi. Personel de güler yüzlü, ilgili idi. Ancak çatıda siparişler çok geç geliyor, etler çok sert , yine de tatil moduyla iyi idi, Rezervasyonum piramid manzaralı idi. Oda, son anda tura dahil olup ayrılınca belki o yüzden günlük en üst fiyattan oluşunu da rezervasyonda hatırlıyorum, orada bi yanlışlık oldu, gece geç saat gidince ısrar edemedim ,standart odada kaldım. Asıl önemli olan temizlik için özel oda istemiştim, karşılandı… Teşekkür ederim"
