"The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door. Will not be staying here again"

"Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again."

A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. "we just needed somewhere to stay for 1 night and it meant those needs.It is obviously just a business as it lacks any homely feel to it- very basic, lacking in comfort and little effort made to make the guests feel that any additional efforts have been made.the dirty tissue left on the dining chair did not help assure us that it had been cleaned properly… "

"The horses cab was very cute and well designed, spotless and cosy.Very relaxing place, the views of waking upIn the morning with the horses are amazing. Also have pigs, a little pony that is very friendly and trots around in the open. Owners were friendly polite and very helpful on call with anything you needed help with. Even had a lovely wood fire whilst watching the stars. Recommend highly for a relaxing weekend break. Will be going back forSure. Thank you"

"Very clean rooms and hotel, helpful staff during our stay. Water pressure great, and laundry convenient although costs some money. There's no guest parking, though, so that was tiresome to navigate after travel. Conveniently located next to a Co-op and lovely area to walk around. However, the room was very small and stuffy and the small window was by the road, so lots of traffic noises. Fans not helpful although we used two."
