"Treasured family traditionThis was my 5th time staying at the Bensons' cabin. As always, it was amazing. We live only a half hour or so away, but don't have our own lake place. Our annual stay at Clearwater provides us many northern Minnesota lake memories. We especially love rowing and stand up paddle boarding, and my girls have really gotten into fishing the past couple of years (this time my older daughter added a nice bass to our sheetpan seafood "boil"). As I've stated in my previous...

"As described! Safe neighborhood, nice access to Iron Range activities. We were here for biking and had the shuttle drop us in Marble and we biked back; next day biked past Embarrass and shuttled back. Perfect! Ate in two nights and it worked great. I can’t overstate how clean it was. Oh…I brought an air mattress because, well, sleeper sofa, but the mattress on the sleeper was great! Highly recommended "

"Quiet, secluded lake property. Lake was very quiet. A perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Property owners were very friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy.Hot tub was a nice bonus!"

"This truly checked all of the boxes for me and my family! From previous cabin rentals, I have a tendency to overpack…there was absolutely nothing I needed here except for food and clothes. The place was spotless and garbage was taken care of immediately. Bonus points for meeting the wonderful neighbors, Barb and Mark! Look forward to booking again and thank you for a great week! 10/10"

"Worked perfect for a couple night stay, easy check in, very clean.If you have mobility issues be aware that the property is on the 2nd floor of an older apt bldg and requires the use of stairs."

"Our group of four enjoyed the comforts of the house and the wonders of the SaxZim Bog. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for a great experience!"

"House was very clean and was very nice for the area. Communication was good. Owners responed to all messsges in a timely fashion. There is no AC in the house. Thankfully the temp was pretty low when we were there so we managed, but i couldnt imagine being there when the temp is 90. Overall the stay was good and we will continue to book in the future. Thanks! "

"Perfect place to stay for our yearly UTV trip with friends. Not only was the location ideal, but the house and its amenities met our needs. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of information on restaurants and places to take our UTVs. We will definitely stay here again."
